Student Pro Plus Refund Policy
1. General Refund Principle
Student Pro Plus provides professional consultancy, administrative support, document support, appointment support, accommodation support, study abroad support, and guardianship services. These services often begin immediately after purchase through consultation, case review, document review, communication, appointment search, third-party coordination, or preparation work.
For this reason, all payments are generally final and non-refundable once the service has started, unless expressly stated in this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Request Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
After 14 calendar days, no refund will be granted unless Student Pro Plus decides, at its sole discretion, that an exceptional situation applies.
Exceptional situations may include serious illness, hospitalization, death of an immediate family member, or other major emergency, provided that the client submits official supporting evidence.
Even in exceptional cases, refunds are not guaranteed and may be partial only.
3. Payment Processing Fees
All payment processing fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the client accepts that:
* The original payment processing fee may be deducted
* Any refund processing fee may be deducted
* Currency conversion fees, bank fees, card fees, platform fees, or transfer costs may be deducted
Student Pro Plus will not pay any additional amount from its own funds to cover payment or refund fees.
4. Refund Stages
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery.
Stage 1: Payment Made but No Work Started
If the client requests a refund within 14 calendar days and Student Pro Plus has not started any work, consultation, review, communication, appointment search, document preparation, accommodation search, third-party coordination, or service action, a refund may be considered.
Any approved refund will be subject to deduction of payment processing fees and refund processing fees.
Stage 2: Consultation or Initial Communication Started
If Student Pro Plus has started communication, consultation, case review, eligibility review, visa type review, general guidance, WhatsApp support, email support, or any professional assessment, a minimum deduction of 30% of the package price will apply, in addition to payment and refund processing fees.
This applies even if the client later decides not to continue or discovers that they are not eligible for the intended procedure.
Example: If a client purchases a first-time TIE package and Student Pro Plus reviews their visa and explains that the visa type is not valid for the TIE process, the consultation and case review have already been provided. Any approved refund will be partial and subject to at least a 30% deduction plus applicable fees.
Stage 3: Document Verification, Form Preparation, Appointment Search, or File Review Started
If Student Pro Plus has reviewed documents, verified documents, prepared forms, filled forms, checked eligibility, searched for appointments, prepared a file, checked requirements, or provided detailed instructions, the service is considered substantially delivered.
In such cases, if a refund is exceptionally approved, up to 80% of the package price may be deducted, in addition to payment and refund processing fees.
Stage 4: Application Submitted, Appointment Booked, Service Delivered, or Third-Party Coordination Completed
Once Student Pro Plus has submitted an application, booked an appointment, provided accommodation options, sent provider contacts, coordinated with third parties, prepared guardianship documentation, submitted admission applications, or delivered the main purpose of the service, no refund will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once started or delivered:
* TIE renewal after document verification has started
* TIE renewal after submission
* First-time TIE after document preparation or appointment booking
* NIE / EU registration after document preparation or appointment booking
* Appointment-only services once an appointment search has started or appointment has been provided
* Regreso services once preparation or appointment search has started
* Accommodation support once options, contacts, links, or introductions have been provided
* Study abroad services once school options, admission guidance, applications, or introductions have been provided
* Guardianship services once legal, notarial, professional, or administrative work has started
* Any service already completed or partially completed
6. No Refund for Government, Embassy, School, or Third-Party Decisions
No refund will be issued due to:
* Visa rejection
* TIE rejection
* NIE rejection
* TIE renewal rejection
* Embassy refusal
* School or university rejection
* BLS appointment issues
* Immigration office delays
* Government appointment shortages
* Law or requirement changes
* Third-party refusal or delay
* Accommodation provider rejection
* Client failure to meet official requirements
Student Pro Plus does not control these outcomes.
7. TIE Renewal Refund Rules
For TIE renewal services:
* Once the client sends documents and Student Pro Plus starts checking, reviewing, verifying, or assessing the file, the service has started
* If document review has started, refunds are generally not available
* If a refund is exceptionally approved after document review, Student Pro Plus may deduct up to 80% of the package price plus payment and refund fees
* Once the application has been submitted, no refund is available under any circumstances
After submission, the client must monitor official notifications and case status. Student Pro Plus may explain how to check the status, but the client is responsible for following up and informing Student Pro Plus when action is needed.
8. EU Citizen Services Refund Rules
For EU citizen services, including padrón, NIE, EU registration certificate, temporary NIE paper, green NIE, and appointment-only services:
* If only initial consultation has started, a minimum 30% deduction applies to any approved refund
* If documents have been reviewed, forms prepared, or appointment search started, up to 80% may be deducted
* If an appointment has been booked or the service has been delivered, no refund is available
* If the client misses or rejects an appointment, no refund is available and a €50 rebooking fee may apply
9. Appointment Refund Rules
Appointment services are based on availability, not client preference.
No refund will be issued if:
* The client dislikes the appointment date, time, or location
* The appointment is not near the client’s home
* The client misses the appointment
* The client fails to attend
* The client is late
* The client does not bring required documents
* The client did not inform Student Pro Plus in advance of travel plans or unavailability
A new appointment search may require an additional €50 fee.
10. Accommodation Support Refund Rules
Accommodation support becomes non-refundable once Student Pro Plus provides options, contacts, property links, provider names, introductions, or accommodation guidance matching at least one of the client’s stated criteria.
No refund will be issued if:
* The client contacts the accommodation provider directly
* The client books independently after receiving options from Student Pro Plus
* The client changes their mind
* The client finds other accommodation
* The client dislikes available options after receiving matching options
* The client is rejected by a landlord, agency, residence, or provider
* The provider changes price, availability, or terms
If the client uses accommodation information provided by Student Pro Plus without paying the applicable fee, Student Pro Plus reserves the right to charge the full accommodation support fee.
11. Study Abroad Refund Rules
Study abroad packages are non-refundable once Student Pro Plus has started the service, including consultation, school matching, application preparation, CV/motivation letter support, school communication, or application submission.
No refund will be issued if:
* The student changes their mind
* The student does not proceed with the selected school
* The student is rejected by a school
* The student is accepted by a school but rejected for a visa
* The student fails to provide documents
* The student does not meet academic, financial, visa, or embassy requirements
* The student chooses another school or agent
* The student delays the process
Once Student Pro Plus submits applications or provides school options and admission support, the service is considered delivered.
12. Guardianship Refund Rules
Guardianship services involve legal, professional, administrative, notarial, and coordination work that may begin immediately after purchase.
No refund is available once guardianship documentation, legal coordination, notary coordination, guardian assignment, document preparation, or professional work has started, except in the limited case of visa rejection where Student Pro Plus may consider a partial refund.
If a visa is rejected, any approved refund will be calculated as:
Amount paid by the client minus all costs incurred by Student Pro Plus.
Costs may include, but are not limited to:
* Notary fees
* Lawyer fees
* Guardian fees
* Professional fees
* Administrative fees
* Transportation costs
* Internal processing time
* Coordination time
* Document preparation
* Communication and consultation time
* Third-party costs
Student Pro Plus is not required to provide internal invoices, receipts, or supplier breakdowns to justify deductions. The client accepts that Student Pro Plus may calculate incurred costs internally and provide the refundable balance, if any.
There is no full refund for guardianship services once work has started.
13. Excessive Consultation Before Purchase
If a potential client consumes significant professional time before purchase, including detailed consultations, case analysis, guardianship explanation, legal or procedural guidance, accommodation research, or benchmarking against other providers, Student Pro Plus reserves the right to charge a consultation fee or add it to the final service price if the client proceeds.
Professional time is not free when it goes beyond basic introductory information.
14. Client Misconduct and Non-Cooperation
No refund will be issued if the client:
* Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information
* Fails to send documents
* Delays the process
* Ignores messages or instructions
* Misses appointments
* Refuses to cooperate
* Behaves disrespectfully toward the team
* Records calls without consent
* Shares private communications without authorization
* Makes false statements or damages the reputation of Student Pro Plus
* Breaches these Terms & Conditions
Student Pro Plus may terminate the service immediately without refund in such cases.
15. Refund Review Process
To request a refund, the client must contact Student Pro Plus in writing and include:
* Full name
* Service purchased
* Date of payment
* Reason for refund request
* Supporting documents, if applicable
Student Pro Plus will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of Student Pro Plus, subject to this Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process after confirmation, depending on the payment method, bank, card provider, or payment platform.
16. Final Refund Clause
By purchasing any Student Pro Plus service, the client confirms that they understand:
* Services may start immediately after payment
* Professional time is chargeable
* Payment processing fees are non-refundable
* Refunds are limited and mostly partial
* No refund applies once the service is delivered, submitted, booked, or substantially started
* Government, embassy, school, accommodation, or third-party outcomes are outside Student Pro Plus control
17. Appointment Booking Conflicts – No Refund Clause
No refund will be issued in cases where:
* The appointment system shows that the client is already booked
* The system prevents booking due to an existing appointment
* The client was previously registered or assigned in the system
* A third party has already booked an appointment for the client
* A system error or technical issue prevents booking
Even if:
* The client was unaware of the booking
* The booking was made by someone else
* The system contains an error
Student Pro Plus is not responsible for system limitations.
Any time spent attempting to secure the appointment is considered service delivery.

18. Over-Delivery & Additional Consultation – No Refund Clause
If Student Pro Plus:
* Provides additional consultation beyond the purchased service
* Answers unrelated questions
* Offers extended support via calls, voice notes, or messages
* Gives strategic or legal guidance not included in the original package
This is considered professional time and added value.
In such cases:
* The service is considered fully or significantly delivered
* Any refund request will be rejected
No refund will be issued
By purchasing or using any Student Pro Plus service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Student Pro Plus provides consultancy, administrative support, and coordination services only. Final decisions remain with the relevant authorities, institutions, embassies, accommodation providers, or third-party organizations.
