1. Introduction

Welcome to Student Pro Plus. These Terms & Conditions govern the use and purchase of all services offered by Student Pro Plus, including immigration support, EU citizen registration support, accommodation support, guardianship services, study abroad assistance, appointment booking, and related student support services.

By purchasing, requesting, booking, using, or communicating with Student Pro Plus regarding any service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

If the client does not agree with these Terms, they must not purchase or use our services.

2. Company and Service Provider

Student Pro Plus provides student support, administrative assistance, immigration-related guidance, accommodation support, study abroad assistance, and related services for international students in Spain.

Student Pro Plus may operate under its brand name and/or through its legal operating entity, representatives, collaborators, partners, agents, external professionals, accommodation partners, legal providers, or service providers.

For official communication, clients may contact us through the communication channels published on our website.

3. Scope of Services

Student Pro Plus provides support services including, but not limited to:

* First-time TIE support for non-EU students arriving in Spain with a study visa

* TIE renewal support for non-EU students

* Regreso / return authorization support

* Immigration appointment support

* Empadronamiento / padrón support

* EU citizen NIE / EU registration certificate support

* Appointment-only services

* Accommodation support and accommodation matching

* Guardianship services for minor students

* Study abroad consultation and admissions support

* Student relocation and onboarding support

* General guidance for student life in Spain

Student Pro Plus acts as an administrative support, consultancy, and coordination service. We are not a Spanish government authority, police office, immigration office, embassy, consulate, public university, or official decision-making body.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Student Pro Plus does not guarantee:

* Visa approval

* TIE approval

* TIE renewal approval

* NIE issuance

* Appointment availability

* Approval by Spanish authorities

* Acceptance by any school, university, embassy, consulate, immigration office, or third-party provider

* Accommodation availability

* Specific appointment dates, times, or locations

* Any specific outcome from a public authority or third-party organization

All final decisions are made by the relevant authority, institution, embassy, consulate, accommodation provider, landlord, school, university, or third-party service provider.

Student Pro Plus is responsible only for providing the service purchased within the limits described on the website, invoice, offer, package description, or written communication.

5. Online Nature of Services

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, all services are provided remotely through online communication channels, including but not limited to:

* WhatsApp

* Email

* Website forms

* Online payment platforms

* Video calls

* Telephone calls

* Other digital communication platforms

Student Pro Plus does not guarantee in-person support unless this has been expressly included in the purchased package.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is fully responsible for:

* Providing accurate, truthful, complete, and up-to-date information

* Sending all requested documents within the required timeframe

* Checking the accuracy of all personal details before submission

* Attending appointments on time

* Checking emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, government notifications, and official communications regularly

* Informing Student Pro Plus immediately of travel plans, unavailability, expired documents, changes in address, changes in study status, or any relevant personal situation

* Following instructions provided by Student Pro Plus

* Paying all official fees, government fees, taxes, bank fees, notary fees, translation fees, accommodation payments, insurance fees, or third-party costs when required

Student Pro Plus is not responsible for any delay, rejection, missed appointment, expired deadline, or negative outcome caused by the client’s failure to provide information, documents, cooperation, communication, payment, or attendance.

7. Communication Policy

By purchasing or using our services, the client authorizes Student Pro Plus to communicate through WhatsApp, email, calls, forms, and other digital channels.

The client must check these channels regularly. Student Pro Plus is not responsible if the client misses important information because they did not check their messages, email inbox, spam folder, or official notifications.

Student Pro Plus will make reasonable efforts to communicate clearly, but the client remains responsible for monitoring their own immigration, academic, accommodation, and personal situation.

8. Working Hours and Response Times

Student Pro Plus operates during standard working hours. Saturdays, Sundays, Spanish public holidays, bank holidays, and official company holidays are non-working days unless otherwise stated.

Student Pro Plus is not obligated to respond outside working hours, during weekends, public holidays, bank holidays, or emergency situations unless an emergency service has been specifically purchased and confirmed in writing.

Messages sent outside working hours will be reviewed during the next available working period.

9. Appointment Booking Policy

For immigration, NIE, TIE, padrón, police, fingerprint, regreso, or other administrative appointments:

* Appointments are subject to availability on official platforms

* Student Pro Plus does not control government appointment systems

* Appointment date, time, and location cannot be guaranteed

* Appointments may be located anywhere within the relevant city, province, or administrative area

* Student Pro Plus will try to obtain the most suitable available appointment, but client preferences are not guaranteed

Once an appointment is provided, the client is expected to attend.

If the client misses, rejects, forgets, arrives late, fails to bring documents, fails to attend, or cannot attend due to information that was not communicated in advance, a new appointment may require an additional fee of €50.

The €50 rescheduling fee applies for each additional appointment search or rebooking caused by the client.

10. Government and Third-Party Delays

Student Pro Plus is not responsible for delays, cancellations, system failures, unavailable appointments, technical problems, strikes, law changes, government policy changes, staff shortages, embassy delays, consulate delays, school delays, accommodation delays, or any situation outside our direct control.

Such delays do not create a right to refund unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.

11. Immigration Services for Non-EU Students

Student Pro Plus provides administrative and guidance support for non-EU students, including first-time TIE, TIE renewal, regreso, appointments, and related procedures.

The client understands that:

* Student Pro Plus does not grant immigration status

* Student Pro Plus does not decide immigration outcomes

* Student Pro Plus is not responsible for the legal validity of documents issued by third parties

* The client is responsible for maintaining legal status in Spain

* The client must monitor official notifications and case status

For TIE renewals, once Student Pro Plus has verified documents, reviewed the file, prepared the file, or submitted the renewal application, the service is considered substantially or fully delivered depending on the stage reached.

After submission, the client is responsible for checking official notifications and informing Student Pro Plus when there is an update, approval, request for additional documents, or appointment requirement.

Student Pro Plus may guide the client on how to check their status online, but it is not responsible for continuously monitoring the client’s file unless this is expressly included in the service package.

12. EU Citizen Services

For EU citizens, Student Pro Plus may provide support with:

* Empadronamiento / padrón

* Appointment-only services

* NIE number

* EU registration certificate

* Temporary NIE paper support

* Green NIE / EU certificate support

The client understands that appointment availability, document acceptance, and final issuance depend on Spanish authorities.

Student Pro Plus is not responsible if the client does not meet the requirements, does not bring the correct documents, fails to attend, provides incorrect information, or receives a rejection from the authorities.

13. Accommodation Support

Student Pro Plus provides accommodation support by helping the client identify possible housing options according to information provided by the client, such as budget, preferred location, type of accommodation, and general preferences.

Accommodation support may include:

* Understanding the client’s needs and budget

* Sharing accommodation options

* Introducing trusted providers or partners

* Helping with communication or documentation where applicable

* Supporting the booking process where included in the package

Student Pro Plus does not guarantee:

* Availability of a specific room, apartment, or residence

* Acceptance by a landlord, agency, provider, or residence

* Final rental price

* Property condition

* Contract terms

* Deposit return

* Landlord behavior

* Accommodation provider performance

The final rental agreement is between the client and the accommodation provider, landlord, residence, or agency.

If Student Pro Plus provides accommodation options that match at least one of the client’s stated criteria, such as budget, area, availability, or accommodation type, the accommodation support service is considered provided.

14. Anti-Circumvention for Accommodation Support

If Student Pro Plus provides accommodation options, contacts, links, partner details, provider names, property references, or introductions, the client must not bypass Student Pro Plus by contacting or booking directly with the provider in order to avoid paying the service fee.

If the client uses information, contacts, or options provided by Student Pro Plus to contact or book accommodation directly, Student Pro Plus reserves the right to charge the full accommodation support fee, regardless of whether the client formally completed the booking through Student Pro Plus.

This applies even if the client later claims that they did not use the service, changed their mind, or booked independently after receiving options from Student Pro Plus.

15. Study Abroad Services

Student Pro Plus provides study abroad support for students who want to study in Spain, mainly in private universities, private business schools, and private educational institutions in Barcelona, Madrid, and other cities where applicable.

The service may include:

* Initial consultation

* Understanding the student’s academic background, goals, budget, and preferences

* Suggesting up to three or four suitable private universities, business schools, or programs

* Supporting admission preparation

* Helping prepare or review documents such as CV, motivation letter, and application documents

* Communicating with schools where applicable

* Supporting the application and admission process

* Providing general visa guidance

* Providing general accommodation guidance where included

Student Pro Plus does not work as a public university admission office and does not guarantee public university admission.

Student Pro Plus does not act as the student’s official visa agent unless explicitly agreed in writing. Students may need to hire their own visa agent or legal representative to manage embassy appointments, BLS appointments, document collection, legalization, translation, and submission requirements in their country of residence.

Student Pro Plus may provide general visa guidelines, but the student remains responsible for verifying exact embassy, consulate, or BLS requirements.

Once Student Pro Plus has submitted applications, introduced options, supported the admission process, or obtained an acceptance where applicable, the study abroad service is considered delivered.

No refund is due if:

* The student changes their mind

* The student does not like the available options

* The student is rejected by a school or embassy

* The student is accepted by a school but rejected for a visa

* The student does not provide documents on time

* The student fails to meet academic, financial, visa, or admission requirements

16. Guardianship Services for Minor Students

Student Pro Plus may provide guardianship services for underage students who require a legal guardian or guardianship documentation for visa, embassy, school, or relocation purposes.

The service may involve:

* Consultation with the family

* Reviewing the child’s situation

* Coordinating with legal professionals

* Preparing guardianship documentation

* Notary coordination

* Lawyer coordination

* Guardian assignment where applicable

* Embassy-related documentation support

Student Pro Plus does not guarantee visa approval, embassy acceptance, or school acceptance.

Guardianship services often involve legal, notarial, administrative, professional, transportation, and internal processing costs. Once the service has started, these costs may be incurred immediately.

Clients who request extensive information, repeated consultations, detailed legal explanations, or benchmarking/comparison support before purchasing may be charged a consultation or professional advisory fee if they later proceed with the service, especially where significant time has been consumed before formal purchase.

17. Professional Consultation and Time Usage

Any consultation, review, analysis, guidance, document check, eligibility check, visa review, immigration review, accommodation search, school matching, guardianship explanation, or professional communication provided by Student Pro Plus represents professional time and value.

If a client purchases a package and then requests a refund after receiving consultation, analysis, document review, options, guidance, or professional communication, Student Pro Plus may deduct professional service fees as described in the Refund Policy.

Student Pro Plus reserves the right to charge separately for excessive consultations, repeated requests, complex cases, urgent requests, or advisory work outside the original package scope.

18. Client Conduct

Clients must communicate respectfully and professionally with Student Pro Plus team members, representatives, partners, and collaborators.

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

* Insults, threats, harassment, intimidation, or abusive communication

* Disrespectful treatment of staff or partners

* Repeated aggressive messages or calls

* False accusations

* Spreading false or damaging information about Student Pro Plus

* Refusing to cooperate while demanding service delivery

* Sending excessive messages outside reasonable communication standards

* Recording calls without consent

* Sharing private communications without authorization

If the client breaches this conduct policy, Student Pro Plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service immediately without refund, especially where work has already started or been delivered.

19. Recording, Confidentiality, and Sharing Communications

All communications between Student Pro Plus and the client are private and confidential.

The client may not record calls, screenshot conversations, forward private messages, publish communications, or share internal guidance with third parties without prior written consent, except where legally required.

Unauthorized recording, publication, or misuse of private communications may result in immediate termination of services without refund and may lead to legal action where applicable.

20. Payments

All payments must be made before the service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices may exclude official fees, government fees, bank fees, notary fees, translation fees, legalisation fees, transportation fees, accommodation deposits, school application fees, courier fees, insurance fees, or third-party costs unless explicitly stated.

A service is considered purchased once payment has been made or once the client accepts a written offer and requests work to begin.

21. Refunds

Refunds are governed exclusively by the Student Pro Plus Refund Policy published below or otherwise communicated in writing.

By purchasing any service, the client confirms that they have read and accepted the Refund Policy.

22. Force Majeure

Student Pro Plus is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government system failures, appointment shortages, legal changes, embassy delays, strikes, illness, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, technical failures, cyberattacks, public emergencies, or other force majeure events.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Student Pro Plus shall not be liable for:

* Visa rejection

* Immigration rejection

* Appointment unavailability

* Missed deadlines caused by the client

* Financial losses

* Travel costs

* Accommodation losses

* Lost deposits

* Lost tuition fees

* Loss of opportunity

* Emotional distress

* Third-party actions or failures

* Government decisions

* Delays outside our control

The maximum liability of Student Pro Plus, where liability cannot legally be excluded, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

24. Appointment System Limitations & Third-Party Conflicts

Student Pro Plus provides appointment booking support using official government platforms and systems.

The client acknowledges that:

* Appointment systems are managed by Spanish government authorities

* Student Pro Plus has no control over system errors, glitches, or technical limitations

* A client may already appear as “booked” or “assigned” in the system due to:

* Previous bookings made by the client

* Bookings made by third parties (agents, lawyers, friends, etc.)

* System errors or technical issues

⚠️ Important:

If Student Pro Plus:

* Spends time searching for an appointment

* Attempts to book an appointment

* Is unable to proceed because the system shows the client as already booked

👉 The service is considered provided, and:

❌ No refund will be issued

❌ No liability is assumed by Student Pro Plus

This applies regardless of whether the client was aware of the existing booking or not.

25. Extended Consultation & Over-Delivery Clause

Student Pro Plus may, at its discretion, provide additional guidance, consultation, or support beyond the scope of the purchased service, including:

* Answering unrelated questions

* Providing immigration advice outside the purchased package

* Offering strategic guidance (e.g. modification, work options, company setup)

* Sending voice notes, calls, or extended explanations

⚠️ These additional services are considered:

* Professional consultation

* Added value

* Non-billable support provided voluntarily

👉 If a client later requests a refund:

* The existence of extended consultation and over-delivered support will be taken into account

* The service will be considered fully or significantly delivered

❌ No refund will be issued in such cases

26. Changes to Services and Terms

Student Pro Plus may update its services, prices, package descriptions, policies, and Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version applicable to the client is the version available at the time of purchase unless legally required otherwise.
